Feild captures first Ellensburg title

Feild commands a substantial lead in the Windham Weaponry High Performance PRCA World Standings with $147,553, which is $30,900 more than second-place Steven Peebles

The steer wrestling was an extremely close contest, with veteran K.C. Jones squeaking out his first championship in Cheyenne by just three one-hundredths of a second on three steers to earn $13,205.
“This rodeo is a cowboy deal,” he said. “You have to have a good horse and ride well enough to set it up. They ought to have the NFR here and run 10 head.”
